John did a great job of explaining all the options available, most importantly talking in terms a non-Engineer could understand. Made it very easy for us to make a decision about what system we wanted and which options we needed.

I woke up without heat this morning and called for service. They gave me a four hour time frame. The work was actually completed and heat restored even before the time frame started. There was more of a problem than originally thought, but they also had the part on the truck. We have had them come for more than twenty years and have been very reliable. Dan G was the technician who solved and fixed the problem.

I needed service yesterday because my furnace wasn’t working. I started it manually at least five times. The technician, Kim D****, was worth waiting for. He knew exactly what to look for and tested all the areas that could’ve been the trouble. He isolated the problem and at the moment we are enjoying heat without worrying that the furnace might turn off. I recommend Holbrook heating very much. They are an 11 out of a 10. ***** ****

Kevin and Rich were professional and competent in all respects. They explained what the the job would entail, answered questions with clear and appropriate answers and completed the job on time and left the site in good shape. There were installation options to consider and they helped us through to the best solutions. All in all I'm very pleased with their work.
