This was my third service within 6 weeks for the same problem. The cost for the first trip was $360.00. The second call that was 11 days after their 30 day warranty expired, cost $593.40. Now, 3 days later I was charged $79.11 to repair the work the first 2 technicians performed. I have been a loyal Holbrook customer for over 30 years. I would expect they would honor their warranty for work done by their trained technicians. It is sad that as companies grow they forget about their long term customers.

Daniel was great! Service was excellent, he answered all my questions and explained everything very patiently. My heater works great, and I'm very happy.

We have been working with Holbrook heating for for at least 6 years now. Every one of their staff has been professional and up front with us. This time we had our first issue with our furnace which we had them re-pipe to improve efficiency. It is the first issue we've encountered since installing the system. Mike showed up on schedule and fixed the problem quickly. All is good again
AC installed today on a rainy, snowy day but the two Holbrook employees (Dave & Travis) worked through it and got the job done. Very professional and kept the job site cleaned and answered all questions.
Excellent service. Explained everything well. Rich was very polite and prompt. Will ask for him for my next service appointment.
