This installer for my furnace and air conditioning was knowledgeable, professional and informative. He answered my questions and was very diligent about cleaning up the area before he left. He was very personable and easy to talk/question about the installation. I would recommend him for anyone needing these services.
Trina was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She went right to work and worked neatly and cleanly, which I really appreciate. My only problem is with her company vehicle - tires that were "illegal" as they wouldn't stop someone from hydroplaning and the left front tire had cords showing! We were really worried that she would make it back to home base with that vehicle - not safe for her OR other drivers on the road. Please take care of that vehicle and don't let another worker take it out until new tires are put on!
