The Technician, Dan, was very helpful in resolving the issue with my main unit. Was also very helpful for hints given on the overall running of the system. He was very personable and represented Holbrook Heating in a very positive way.

Excellent work ethic, respectful, friendly, timely, professional and helpful. He explained everything as he worked. Holbrook is the only place to go for heating and air conditioning. They are always friendly, helpful, and professional. They do the job right at a fair price. Today we needed to get our current a/c working again until Holbrook can install the new one we ordered from them. Our technician was Eric L****, who described himself as just a repairman. Very professional and polite. Clean up was well done. Differences between old and new boiler were explained. Provided paperwork and explained documentation. Will definitely use their service again.
