This young man came out to our house late on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. He was polite, attentive to our needs and knowledgeable about the system. It was pouring rain yet he checked the outside unit and the attic until he located the problem. There had been severe weather and it was not the best time to have to drive to a customer. He spent a few hours at ourhouse getting the system up and running.
I have been very pleased with the service that Holbrook Heating Inc has given us since they installed our new AC system 2 years ago. The service people have been polite, knowledgeable and perform their checks of our system in a professional and thorough manner.
