Efficient, friendly, and thorough. Well-trained, experienced, and could explain what he was doing and why. Could have been more aware of when he had his mask pulled down below his nose while he was in the house, but we were maintaining reasonable distances anyway. (We’re all being forced to learn this stuff as we go.) Would be happy to have him show up for service appointments in the future: I felt comfortable with him being in the home, and confident in his abilities.
