Holbrook installed our heating and air conditioning....they have been serving our units every season as needed and have always been very fairly priced and most of all kind and courteous.... Our service representative Mike has come to our home for the last couple of visits and it's comforting to see a familiar face...also the com...sends a photo of who will be arriving at your home.....

I can always depend on Holbrook Heating and Air to deliver ethical, quality and friendly service, EVERY TIME I need them. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of service or installation. They do a fabulous job of reminding me of my service dates for annual cleanings etc... which protect my warrantee, my unit from issues and keeps me apprised of things I need to address before they become huge expenses to me. I have used Holbrook services for several years for everything from installation of new equipment to annual maintenance. Everyone I have had contact with has been professional, courteous and friendly. Mike showed up well within the window of time I was told to expect him, was appropriately covered for social distancing with a mask and new gloves, and clearly respected my wishes for avoiding contact. He fix the problem with my air conditioner, explained to me what the source of the problem was, and made reasonable suggestions... read more

Short visit; problem solved in 30 minutes; not wild about the fact the charge for this was $171 and that there was no information about this simple problem (all units have to be on the same setting either heat or AC) in the instructions given the we had the unit installed, nor in the instruction manual, nor on a website for these units.
