The service technician, Shawn, was prompt, polite and wasted little time getting to work. He finished leveling the central A/C unit, and completed the repair on our furnace very quickly and efficiently. Recommended highly. I had a mini-split installed and the installation was sloppy. The technician severed an electrical line and simply put electrical tape around it. During install, he drilled a hole in the wrong place and didn’t even bother to cover it up. The technician also changed my circuit breakers around, but neglected to label any of them!!! As if that weren’t enough, the office told me that there were no incentive rebates for mini-splits. Steve and Matt installed my new air conditioner. They came in, got the work done, sat down with me and explained everything I needed to know and told me that if I had any other questions, to just call the office. They removed all the old stuff and put everything back where it was that they had to move to gain full access to the furnace in order to attach the new AC parts. They answered all my questions, and I ask a lot of them.

We have worked with Ed before and it was a great experience. It was reassuring to know he would be working with us again on setting up the sale and installation of additional ductless air conditioners.
