Holbrook sent Mr. Kim D to our home to do Yearly preventative services, and he did an Outstanding job for us. Kim showed me how he performed the cleaning of our Air Conditioning unit, he showed me where the dampers were located in our lower level area, and how to keep the family room area from feeling freezing while the air conditioner is running during the summer. The office is a disaster. They keep saying they are just too busy which is a weird thing to say to a customer. We would get text messages that technicians were coming out on days they weren’t, ect. We finally had our AC installed and it’s only cooling my downstairs bc a damper is in wrong position. We had a technician come out to diagnose the problem and said the office would call to schedule an apt to fix. Not shocking that hasn’t happen yet. Trina was just outstanding! She was Polite, Professional and Patient (with our questions). She worked quickly and carefully and we'd have no reservations in having her come next year, or our annual A/C service.

HORRIBLE!!! John I came to the house and “Sold” the split system, nice guy. Never hear from them again. We call and ask what’s up? They said they have been calling us, liars, I checked my ****call logs, liars. Then Danny comes to the house on a Sat morning, bragging that he is being paid OT to drive the 2.5 hours to look at the job. Ok, we go over everything, says it should be soon. My serviceman was Phil and He did an excellent job performing my annual maintenance check. He was courteous, expert, informative and knowledgeable regarding all aspects of my central a/c system which had been previously installed by Holbrook Heating Inc. I will be requesting his services again for any future needs pertaining to this system. Give this man a raise!!!!!
