They have done a good job, but this time I didn’t really see the person so we didn’t get a chance to talk.
Jeremy "Doc" arrived early. He is personable and thoroughly professional. Came with shoe covers to protect floor surfaces and carpet in our house. Serviced both properties with extreme thoroughness, far beyond what other technicians have done. He found unexpected problems with one item and was prepared to repair them on the spot. Very knowledgeable technician. He explained everything. The only Caveat was that **** *****told us that we will have to pay total $79,99 plus taxes. But the company charged $99.99 plus taxes. they did not entertain the request even after repeatedly telling about it and even after showing **** *****papers. I should be reimbursed extra payment
Installation was great. Communication with the office was not very good. No to late return of calls. Hard to get ahold of Hannah who seems like the point person. They communicate with the customer through a “General” email that is not checked for return emails or messages. I don’t understand this. You have to constantly call and ask for the person.
