The Technicians were very knowledgeable and courteous. They followed the COVID-19 protocol. They also answered all questions about my furnace and guaranteed everything was ship shape. Would certainly have them come again. Very professional, and would recommend them and your company. Thank you very much.

Kyle did a great job diagnosing and fixing my aging boiler. He got it back up and running and performed additional work including some minor maintenance. I didn't necessarily appreciate the extra time charged to me while he was waiting for his manager to provide him with an estimate to give to me for a new high efficiency boiler. I had told him that an estimate could be emailed to me at a later time. I would expect a free estimate especially for a new unit priced in excess of $10,000! Could have been a 5 star rating! Barney was very polite and helpful. He was not able to fix the problem, as it needs an electrician, but checked everything out that he could. We definitely will have Holbrook back again!

Very poor service. The technician they sent is a kid (Aiden K*******)who was very rude and arrogant. Trailed mud and water in and out of my house on my beige carpet. When we asked him to use boot covers, he refused and said to talk to Holbrook heating as its their policy for the technician not to use boot covers. I called Kelly (the customer service representative) who confirmed this information and also proceeded to say if I required boot covers, i should have requested at the time I made the appointment for service (which ... read more
