I've had zero problems with either the furnace they installed or subsequent visits to service the unit. Everyone I've dealt with has been upbeat and courteous, and would recommend them for any heating situation.

Sean was on time, courteous and remained COVID compliant. He explained what he was doing and what was to happen next. While at my home, Sean acknowledged an error code and conducted some troubleshooting. He was able to find the issue and advised that he made detailed notes. Sean is a professional and certainly a great representative of Holbrook’s company.

He found that the furnace wasn't running efficiently so he fixed it. He was on time and answered all my questions. I am quite satisfied with Holbrook Heating and will continue to use their services.

Our experience with Holbrook Heating and their entire team from Sales, Scheduling and Installation was above and beyond our expectations. Not only were they all a pleasure to work with, they were open and honest. At no point did I feel pressured or concerned with what they were proposing, which is critical when you are unexpectedly spending the money to replace a furnace and air-conditioning unit ($$). I would recommend them hands down and will be calling them for annual maintenance moving forward!

While they weren’t able to fix the problem completely on this visit they were able to identify the problem and make a plan to get it corrected ASAP.

OMG!!! So much better than Mohawk Heating!!! Mohawk wanted to replace an 800 dollar part (second time in a year). When I questioned why I was paying for the exact same part a year later the Manager said that it was cold out and asked me where else I was going to go!!! Well I am glad I went to Holbrook instead. I would much rather give my money to a company that deserves it.
