Jeremy arrived as promised and located the problem with the oil furnace. There was no charge for the service since a gasket was improperly installed at the last service. He said that there were no charges for their error. He was kind and courteous while at our home and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. I would recommend him to other customers.

Mike was a very pleasant and cordial guy. He performed all the necessary procedures for our boiler and hot water heater. He showed me a few places that I might repair in the future. I appreciate that. I am very pleased.

Steve P was very professional. He arrived on time and got right down to work. He made an extra effort to ensure we would have heat while waiting for the part that needed to be ordered, even though this required quite a bit of extra work on his part. While I was very pleased with the work of Steve (and Katrina before him), I am concerned that within the space of 2 months I have had to have major repairs done on my furnace that was installed only 7 years ago. ****

This was Mikes third year coming to my home to service my furnace. As usual he was thorough and professional. He may get assigned to service my AC unit in the spring and that would be ok with me. **** *******

Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I prefer Holbrook heating to other companies, as the respond quickly even after hours. Our technician , Scott, was a perfect example of their quality service.

Katrina was friendly and professional. I hope she comes back. She wasn't afraid of my dogs a HUGE plus. I can only assume as I have no clue what goes into cleaning and maintaining the furnace.. at least she didn't come back up with an air filter and say you need to replace. She replaced it.. I hope to have her again next year. hopefully before this snow falls again,lol Holbrook heating and most staff are awesome!!

Jon W did a great job at designing a system to meet our needs. Steve K did a great professional job with the installation and answering questions on how the units work. Jen and Hannah in the office were very friendly and helpful with the scheduling and paperwork processes. Highly recommend!
