Sean was great! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He explained in detail what was wrong with my furnace, what caused the problem, and what he did to repair it. He also answered all of my questions without hesitation. A wonderful technician!!

Had recent visits from Mike, Dave and Scott. In every case they were very friendly and diligent workers. They arrive almost exactly when scheduled, and I received phone calls about 30 minutes in advance. They stayed as long as it took to get the jobs done and cleaned-up before they left. I also found that office personnel and management were courteous, reasonable and fair. Holbrook is very professional and I would recommend them to anybody.

In spite of a not very good phone customer service experience on 2/18/21 (a rarity) I am going with 5 stars for Holbrook. I have had an ongoing furnace problem over 2+ months (and often being cold) involving 5 visits. On different visits I have had Dan, Barney and Eric come. It was hard to find the ultimate problem. Rich and Tim worked ceaselessly over two very cold winter days to install and check out our new split unit a/cs. Their work appears to be flawless. They were courteous and knowledgeable. We have used Holbrook for our needs before, will use them again. And we will recommend them to friends.

While installing other equipment Cole noticed that one of our furnaces had a fatal issue starting and brought it to my attention. I decided to replace the furnace before it failed, and Cole and Vincent did a great job installing the new furnace within a couple of days. I would highly recommend Holbrook Heating!! ***** **
