The rep from Holbrook Heating arrived when he said he would. I appreciate the fact that Jeremy had booties to cover his shoes, even though it would’ve even ok if he didn’t have the booties. He checked out where our cold air vent currently was & then went down in the basement to see where the vent could be relocated. He took his time but was only here about 30 minutes. He was polite & efficient.

Professional and personable. Came in did his work, very well, and left. He knew where things were so he went right to work. Did our ***** water heater, furnace and our ***** heater in sunroom. Even the dogs didn’t mind him, which is saying something.
