Excellent service today! Brian arrived as notified and began to work shortly after arrival. He thoroughly checked the furnace operation before heading to the a/c. After completing the temperature check the invoice was ready and the job was complete. We continue this annual service with Holbrook because of their high quality service and dependability.

So good to start a new business relationship with Holbrook Heating. Starting with a call the day before the appointment to confirm the apptmt and then to have a very skilled professional to service our Heating & Air Conditioning units. He was so thorough. Never before have we gotten this kind of great service. We look forward to a long relationship with Holbrook.

I was delighted Kim D. was my Holbrook Heating & Air Conditioning service rep on May 26. He was on time, professional, and COVID safe. He took the time to answer my questions, especially about why my A/C compressor wasn’t working properly, and showed me what was involved in cleaning it to keep it working as efficiently as possible. Cleaning the compressor was something I definitely wouldn’t want to do. Thanks, Kim!
