When I called late at night for air services they were fantastic. When the young man came this morining to fix all he was more than fantastic. Holbrook Com. does a fantastic job!!!!!!!!

We were referred to Holbrook by a friend, and we were very pleased with everything while dealing with them. The representative who came to our home to go over our air conditioning options was polite and very knowledgeable of the product. Everything was explained clearly, which made our decision to purchase a mini split much easier. The installation process was smooth and completed in a timely manner. We love the unit that was installed in our kitchen, and we will enjoy it for many years to come. Thank you Holbrook!

Excellent technicians. Very polite and professional. Knowledgeable and clean up the area when finished. Office staff a bit difficult to get to the right person, but the service done on my home is worth a little aggravation. Highly recommend.

Holbrook Heating is great to work with! I appreciate their outbound service calls to schedule my annual preventive maintenance. Katrina is very knowledgeable and service oriented. Yesterday afternoon I called when my central air unit malfunctioned. They were quick to schedule me in. Dustin arrived on-time, promptly diagnosed the issue, replaced the part, and had my house back to cooling in no-time. And he even put back up the access fence for me! Furnace chip board malfunctioned causing new furnace not to work, Phil fixed the issue and made it right. Very professional and courteous, very relieved the problem was fixed.
