Holbrook installed my **********AC in 2019. They are weak on giving an advise about what customer needs. Sales people are aggressive and pushing sales without giving a reasonable advise. I was sold a 2 head AC for 4 bedrooms upstairs when I really needed 4 heads in all bedrooms. I decided to add another head in 2 years and move one of the existing ones.
