Jeremy D went the extra mile to finish our A/C repair at 5:30 pm. Keep in mind, 90 plus degrees and high humidity! Very grateful he completed the repair, and we were able to sleep last night!
We’ve used Holbrook for years and have always been happy with their service and staff. This time was no different as we had to replace our AC and furnace (old systems). While equipment wasn’t readily available (a pandemic issue and not at all a Holbrook issue), the on-site consultant, the installers, and the call center staff were fantastic…truly top notch! The tech Brian was very good. He explained all the steps for our annual maintenance. He checked my concerns about drainage and I am satisfied . Thank you for performing the drain test . I was worried about where the condensation was going.I’ve had several technicians at my home over the years, Brian was top notch!

This review is about our product put in by Holbrook, not about Ben who was great. Unfortunately, Ben keeps getting stuck with a new generator that has been a problem from the start. I now question if we got a used generator instead of a new one. Sorry to replace our old one that did not cause us one problem in all the years we had it. I have to always call Holbrook to remind them they need to return for one reason or another. Again, we need to WAIT again for another reason. You deduct what you may think of Holbrook Heating.
