Brian G. was here the other day to diagnose a problem which I initially thought was with the Central Air system, but actually was with the Furnace i.e. bad blower motor. Unfortunately the motor apparently is on a Nationwide Back order (due to COVID I guess), so here I am without any air conditioning. On the plus side the part is covered by a warranty and hey, it is not in the middle of winter and I would have no heat. Greg C did an excellent & thorough job. We appreciate it. We had water leaking off and on in our laundry room & Greg noticed something was not set up right. We appreciate his honesty in telling us about it. He later came back to make it right. We thank Holbrook Heating for being ethical and making it right for our home.

DAVE P WAS HERE YESTERDAY FOR OUR FURNACE UPKEEP AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, AS ALWAYS, THUS I CONTINUE TO ASK FOR HIM TO DO THE WORK. I'M I PARTIAL PROBABLY, BUT DAVE IS EXCELLENT AT HIS JOB!

Holbrook quickly scheduled a same day appointment for me to replace a wire on my air conditioner, which I had mistakenly cut while doing some weeding. Katrina arrived as scheduled, fixed the problem quickly and was very efficient and friendly.
