We had Holbrook heating over too fix our radiator. Customer service is good. We had Ryan s**** for our service technician, he new exactly what to do to fix the problem. We would recommend Ryan. Thank you

Brian was very professional, polite, and knew what he was doing. Came in went to work, wore his mask and was very good at cleaning up while working. Great job!,, ?? thank you all for making sure my heat and air work as should be…

The product, a water heater, has been very efficient thus far. We are happy with its performance. Holbrook techs were knowledgeable, professional and timely. They answered questions and cleaned up at the completion of the job. We have been very happy with Holbrook with the installation and maintenance of our heating and cooling systems over the years. That is why we are continually retuning customers.

Brian from Holbrook arrived on time and called ahead to confirm his arrival. He did a furnace tune-up and was very thorough in describing the condition of the furnace. He was personable and knowledgeable and for that I give him 5 stars.

Jeremy was very professional. He called to check in & get more precise directions so that he would arrive on time. He was knowledgeable, clean, polite and got everything accomplished that we needed so we do not have to worry about these AC units during this heat wave and beyond!

A great job was done by Dustin S****. Within 0.5 hr, Dustin determined the root cause of the problem. A follow-up was set up with Shannon soon after Dustin left the job site. Shannon set us up with an appointment only 8 days later. The terms and expenses were discussed up front.
