Tech was very helpful and gave me some great tips on keeping my system in good shape.
I have used Holbrook for yearly service of my furnace and AC. Always professional, on time, and pleasant. Scheduling personal are always polite and dedicated to doing a fine job.
There service is always top notch the Technison was on time and told me what he was going to do and I gave him my input which he answered and did a marvelous job,

Service was completely unacceptable! If I could give zero stars, I would. Technician came, turned on faucet, smelled sulphur, said, “We don’t do sulphur” and left. He did not do annual maintenance which I had scheduled for that day. If company does not “do sulphur” why did they book the appointment? Company later said technicians don’t do maintenance calls. If so, why did they send technician to do a maintenance call?? Unbelievably bad service!
Barney was prompt in his arrival, competent with his assessment of the situation and a very courteous technician.
Service today was very good, tech. Was very courteous. Our yearly gas furnace service.
