We have had Holbrook service our furnace three times--in 2022 when we first moved into the house and the furnace was not working due to a broken part. In Fall 2023, the furnace once again did not start when we turned it on for the winter, so we had an emergency maintenance check. Barney was kind, communicative, clear, and fixed the problem. (And found a leak that the fuel oil folks had missed when they came to inspect our tank a couple weeks earlier).
