This rating applies to the technician, Wesley K******* who was assigned to our latest issues regarding absence of heat from the oil furnace with flashing red light warning and ongoing excessive cool air coming out of vents. Wesley was meticulous and analyzed the issues carefully, explained what was happening and what to do about it. We had the furnace installed 2 months ago and have had 6 service calls so far regarding poor function. Eric showed up when they said he would. Did a good thorough routine maintenance job on the furnace and boiler. Identified a problem with the shop boiler I wasn't aware of and will order the part I need. He took the time to answer all of my questions. Eric explained how to read the error codes on the furnace display board so if there is a problem in the future I can tell Holbrook the code and if necessary they can order any needed parts and be prepared during their visit to make the repairs on the first visit. Eric has been our PM technician for the last 6 years for multiple properties. His communication and dedication to getting the job done right the first time is impressive to say the least. He is very upfront about repairs, cost of parts and getting you back up and running as quickly as possible.
Katrina, the technician was great. However the service was supposed to be a heating system tune up through **** *****and it was anything but a tune up. It consisted of a checklist inspection only. The advertising was deceptive and the practice dishonest. Think twice about doing business with anyone who participates is these kinds of promotions.
First experience with this company, and with this type of service. Tate N****** was our tech, and I couldn't have been more pleased. Not only was this gentleman professional and efficient in his work, he was also kind and charismatic. He explained in detail the functions of a furnace and described what he was looking for exactly. I couldn't have been more impressed with this experience. Tate has set the standard for technician support and customer service for sure, and it was a please doing business thanks to him!
Wesley was efficient and knowledgeable, helping us minimize the work that needed to be done.
