Justin was able to quickly diagnose the issue our furnace was having and get parts ordered so Kyle could just as quickly install a new board and gas valve the next day. Both techs were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Our problem was an emergency as our house was getting cold and I was having major back surgery in 2 days and needed to be sure my wife and dogs would have a warm place to live while I was hospitalized. Woke up to furnace not working. Tessa at customer service was very friendly and helpful getting service scheduled and Justin H. was working on furnace by 1:15 pm and he was very courteous and friendly. Highly recommend.
