Trevor is new and learning the ropes. He cleaned the system as requested. Currently have an error code that says UV light needs attention. Not sure what that is about. Error code was there after he left. Not happy overall with this system. Utility bill has gone up over $100/month in one year. I laugh when I get messages from National Grid stating my rate is way over my neighbors!! Justin was able to quickly diagnose the issue our furnace was having and get parts ordered so Kyle could just as quickly install a new board and gas valve the next day. Both techs were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Our problem was an emergency as our house was getting cold and I was having major back surgery in 2 days and needed to be sure my wife and dogs would have a warm place to live while I was hospitalized. Woke up to furnace not working. Tessa at customer service was very friendly and helpful getting service scheduled and Justin H. was working on furnace by 1:15 pm and he was very courteous and friendly. Highly recommend.
