This rating applies to the technician, Wesley K******* who was assigned to our latest issues regarding absence of heat from the oil furnace with flashing red light warning and ongoing excessive cool air coming out of vents. Wesley was meticulous and analyzed the issues carefully, explained what was happening and what to do about it. We had the furnace installed 2 months ago and have had 6 service calls so far regarding poor function.
