Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service! We had a central AC unit installed by Holbrook Heating on June 2nd, 2024. Shockingly, the unit broke down just over a year later—on June 26th, 2025—after only 3–4 months of actual use. The technician diagnosed a failed compressor, which is completely unacceptable for a newly installed system. These people are the worst company to ever walk the face of the Earth no empathy no sympathy no professionalism just straight dog behavior guys before you take yourmoney and give to these people before you invest in this **** company. Please look at other resources companies like they should not take your hard earn and not care about their clients
