It is not your employees who are remiss on their job. They are always courteous, respectful, and willing to do their job. It is Holbrook that is missing their mark. We paid you in cash last Feb. and March a total of $17,000 in cash...on time! We have had to wait and ask, and wait and find out the last two times a wrong piece that both time had been ordered to finish our *******. We are at the end of June. Today they had to leave, again the wrong piece. Not a good sign for Holbrook.

I was given an install date and they never showed up or called while my husband waited at home all day in 98 degree weather. Then proceed to tell me that they were waiting on a cooling part for a brand new unit, which didn't make any sense, if its brand new. When i called to find out when they will install, Holbrook told me that I would have to wait an additional 8 days for a unit that was already paid for months ago of 4,700.00. My family has always preferred to use Holbrook for our HVAC needs but they truly hit it out of the park this time…from the emergency service call, to the on the spot and fair estimate, to the timely replacement of my central A/C system. Communication is everything to me and Hanna kept me updated every step of the way. I will recommend Holbrook every time, but especially Steve K*****…he blew me away with his knowledge, perfect work and respect for a home owner who knows little to none about HVAC systems. The Technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. However, the AC has a leak somewhere in the system. This has been since installation. The coolant only lasts one year. The technician could not locate the leak and since the temperature will be over 90 degrees this week and I have MS (which makes me heat intolerant), I had to opt for the temporary solution of having the coolant replaced. I'll see you next year. Hopefully not during a heat wave.

We truly appreciate `Kim' at Holbrook because he is kind, patient with the Customers, and takes time to explain and show you the problems with your Air Conditioner & Heater. Kim is thorough & extremely Professional. Treats his customers with kindness, and care on how to take care of your systems. Mike arrived timely. He was professional and personable. He did a thorough and efficient job of cleaning our 2 head mini split A/C Mitsubishi system.
