First of all whoever I spoke with on the phone, a couple of people, were so professional, cordial and downright nice! What a plus. In addition Colby and another gentleman came out to my home and they again were professional and very courteous without being phony. First time we used Holbrook Heating. Jeff and his crew did a great job installing our mini-split systems and a PTAC unit in our 3 level condo. Everything works great. We were particularly impressed with their attention to the placement of all the units and the finishing work they completed to enclose our PTAc unit in the exterior wall sleeve where our old HVAC compressor sat. Brian was on time, very interested in doing the job professionally, was quick to diagnose and fix the problem. Very personable and explained options. I use Holbrook for all my service, due to the way all your team handle their jobs. Schedulers are always very friendly and professional and a pleasure to deal with.

As always, came to the rescue with excellent service. Called about a problem that couldn't wait. Even though they were very busy without regular appointments for 6 weeks, they dispatched their technician to arrive that very same day, after hours. He completed the job efficiently and restored the air conditioning to our offices; something very important to my staff, as one of them has asthma and had difficulty breathing when the A/C wasn't working properly.
