Brian did a quick and professional job. However, he had not been prepared by the home office that I needed the pad in my humidifier changed and did not have one on the truck. Fortunately, we don't really need the humidifier until fall and he promised the company would make sure I got one. He was friendly, efficient and professional. We continue to use Holbrook exclusively for our HVAC servicing and needs.

The service was outstanding- i can’t recommend Jeremy stronger than to say he is courteous, professional and the very best service person that I have ever had in the past nearly fifteen years of residency. There was a problem with the central air system put in by Holbrook last summer and it turned out to be a problem with the installation. The fix was covered under warranty, but unfortunately I had to wait 4 weeks to have it done during the hottest part of the summer. Seems like they should prioritize folks that have already paid for an installation to take better care of their existing customers when they are the ones who are at fault. These guys were on time and very quick to diagnose the problem. They explained our hvac system and quoted us for a new AC as ours is on its last legs. Would definitely recommend them for hvac work!
