Katrina arrived at expected time. She and her trainee completed the annual service of our air-conditioning units in an efficient and timely way. They were very professional and cleaned up nicely when they were done. Following a few minutes of friendly conversation, they were on their way to their next service call. It’s so good to see women out working in field service professions.
