Holbrook left me in the cold for 3 days. W/temps in the 20’s! I’ll never call them again. Thanks to ****** * ***** for the temporary fix, getting my heat on while I wait for my new furnace to be installed!
Very fast response time and service. Very courteous and concerned about our issue. We appreciate all the assistance we received.
Mike seemed very knowledgeable and was very easy to talk to about our project. He made recommendations that seemed like good solutions to our challenging space. We where sold until we heard the price. Honestly the rebates available for installing heating and ac are great but it seems that your company benefits more than we do from the rebates. It is to bad that we could not find a middle ground where it becomes a win win. We are reasonable people but not going down this road.

Steve called before arriving and told me he would arrive in about 30 minutes. When he arrived, he introduced himself and asked me to show him the "Patient". Within minutes, he identified the problem and suggested a simple remedy. I appreciated his quick resolution of the first problem, as he proceeded to my second request.
