0 stars for this one! STAY AWAY!! They installed a 90% efficiency LP boiler in my house. I have been out of the house and had the thermostat set at 58. I am burning almost 10 gallons of LP a DAY! They have had a "tech" there 8 or 9 times in a month!. They installed it incorrectly. The install team supposedly used the wrong sized gas line. The new tech installed the correct line and made adjustments. They did nothing to correct the problem. We had to have our furnace cleaned and filter changed. Reed was our service tech and he was friendly and courteous. He was also knowledgeable and explained what was wrong with our furnace and even showed us pictures so we wouldn't have to go down our cellar steps as we are older. Very impressed with Holbrook Heating and would recommend them if you have problems.
