Shawn was here today to work on our ****** water heater and check our ****** space heater. He has worked on both these units in the past. We love having someone we know come to our home. Shawn is knowledgeable, efficient, polite and neat. Our connection with Holbrook over the past few years has been all positive.

We had been smelling propane in our home and Holbrook sent a technician. Sean called to tell us that he would be earlier than our original appointment window. Within 30 minutes of his arrival, he found out that there was a leak in the gas line coming into the furnace, so he tightened the junction and the smell is gone. Reed was prompt for our service call. He answered all my concerns and questions in a professional manner. Finally, he diagnosed the problems we were having with our furnace and resolved the issue in a timely manner.

The representatives whom I met from Holbrook Heating are quite knowledgeable. They were very respectful, made me feel comfortable and cleared all my concerns. They methodically investigate my property, gave me several options and recommended the best heating and cooling system for my home with an emphasis on alleviating my costs and expenses for the project. I was able to get my furnace repaired quickly even though it was not an emergency. The repairs were completed within 4 hours of my service request! This was a pleasant surprise, since their competitors had not even returned my call in over one week. The workman was polite and professional.
