Hi. We had no heat. Reid R. Was cordial and explained our problem to me. Then he encountered difficulties in fixing the heat. He went out to a supplier, got the parts, and fixed our heat. He was professional, a pleasure to converse with, and went the extra mile. He is an asset to Holbrook. A superb technician.
Great technician, but even after finding there was nothing wrong with our furnace we were still charged $140. Literally no work was done.
