Fantastic outcome and knowledge by the tech. Showed up on time and did a complete and thorough job thru out the process. Explained each and every step, identified the issues and was able to get the boiler working. Order a part to reduce future concerns. Always have loved Holbrook Heating.

Katrina was professional, knowledgeable and explained what caused the problem. She fixed the problem and said if the problem came back then some additional sheet metal could be added. I would recommend her to anyone.

Jeremy D, "Doc" arrived on time to service two more properties that I am responsible for. Again he was thorough, and although this was his first visit to these two properties he was completely knowledgeable or able to technically address the unique features that some of the custom equipment presented. Particularly impressive was his initiative to work on equipment in two buildings simultaneously. Although Mike did a great job at taking care of the furnaces and being on time. I feel it was difficult for me to judge his performance. I do not stand there and watch him clean the system do the things he states he does. I feel it was very quick and I find it hard to believe it could all be done during the short time he was at my residence. This is not to say he did a great job or not. I just find it hard that one can take apart and clean, inspect and reinstall in such a short period of time. I had two furnaces done and he ... read more

Because my home is a wacky connection among six different structures, the oldest a tractor barn from 1930, getting mechanicals from place to place is a nightmare. Because of this, my HVAC world is just as wacky.
