Jeremy called when he was on his way, showed up with gloves, mask, and booties. Nice guy, professional. We are waiting to see if it what he suspects but won't know until the part arrives. I am always happy with my services from Holbrook!

Dan was right on time and very professional. Our system was cleaned and checked out. He wore his mask the entire time.

Unfortunately I received no advance call from Mike, nor upon completion of appointment. (Request was on work order) Although a temporary thermostat bypass was completed, I have yet to receive a follow up call from the office. Service appointment was on Monday. I’ve left three messages for Scott (service manager), as this Is the second faulty relay after the unit was installed two years ago. As of Wednesday, 6pm, I have yet to hear from Scott.

I’m very happy with the services provided by Holbrook Heating and I would recommend them, in fact I have. I always request Gregg as my tech, he’s on time, knows what’s doing and courteous.

Service tech did a very good job at servicing my furnace , cleaned up when he was finished and very friendly . He kept his social distance and wore his face mask .

Mike called & stated he would be a few minutes late & I appreciated the communication. When he arrived he went straight to work & completed the cleaning of both the furnace & central air in about an hour. I paid for the service & he left. No fuss, no muss!
