From first call, to the end of the service, everyone I spoke with was kind, respectful and thoughtful of my time. HVAC service by Justin was great. He was neat, communicated what was going to be done and quick and thorough.

Very friendly and timely guy but problem was not solved and $200 later I still don’t have A/C working properly. He basically hosed the outside unit and waited around.

They showed up when scheduled and did an excellent job. Found problems and fixed them and now our AC is much colder. Careful with virus protocols.

Barney arrived on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took off the cover of our central air conditioning unit and immediately saw the problem. He had the replacement part, changed it and explained exactly what it was and how it worked. I was completely satisfied and would highly recommend Holbrook Heating for any heating or air conditioning repairs.

Holbrooke Heating has one of the best customer service practices I’ve ever experienced. They are super attentive and respond immediately not only on the phone but in sending their technicians to resolve any issue asap. One wonders why they’re the exception and not the tule compared to so many other businesses that leave you hanging after they’ve collected their money and no longer feel responsible. HH has repeatedly shown me nothing but responsiveness and accountability. Whoever manages that company should earn a medal.

I had a gas boiler installed by Holbrook. Phil M and his assistant Ed arrived early, worked diligently on one of the hottest days of the year and cleaned up before meeting with me to explain what they had done. Phil went over the work, answered my questions and made a few suggestions on how to protect my investment. Everyone from the salesman, technicians and the office staff was great to deal with. I’m looking forward to to working with them in the years ahead.
