Tech Dave P identified self & had company shirt on, he was very knowledgeable of AC system & cleaned and had working better in short time. Only complaint with company is their communication with other tech as I left shortly after Dave finish & returned to find another Holbrook truck in driveway & Tech stated he was here to do AC maintenance. I told him already done.
You came to my house and took blower assembly apart and left it on the floor and did not tell me the problem. I looked at blower assembly and saw the rubber bushing was ripped and broken .i googled blower assembly for hallmark oil fed furnace parts and the parts were all there. The rubber bushing cost 7:58 $ yes seven dollars fifty eight cents .made by carrier. I called to ask why nobody called Gentlemen on phone could not answer any questions because he is not a tech. Great people to work with. Technician was excellent Mike's the best
The installation was done in a timely fashion and Phil easily coped with potential problems going through outside walls. I was given good info on unit care during the winter. The unitvwas quieter than the previous compressor.
John was very knowledgeable and helpful in our decision process.
