Our experience with Holbrook Heating was A++++ from start to finish! We had our Furnace and AC unit replaced. The salesman, John B****** took the time to explain everything to my husband. He advised us that the unit we had to replace was too big for the square footage of our house. No other company that we got estimates from did that. I was emailed a confirmation note, called on the phone as a reminder and then a final call to give me an arrival time. It’s refreshing to see good customer service. The serviceman,Dan G., was friendly and knew what he was doing. He explained the work he answered my questions to my satisfaction.

Service has been compromised by poor communication. My ********** mini split air conditioning they installed a few years ago nicely. Then it stopped cooling. These are sealed units that Do not refill of coolant unless there is a leak. I had cleaned the filters and called for service to check for a leak and refill coolant. They took several days to return call. Then a week later a tech came that only knew how to clean and not service so we rescheduled for a proper tech four days later. First appointment was canceled the day before. Tech came a week later, shut off my gas to service the heater. Cleaned the heater and put it back together. Started servicing the central air. Cut or pierced a freon line releasing freon throughout my house. Had to wait an hour to get another Tech. to get here to fix the line. Both techs were here for close to four hours. Holbrook is the best! I have used their their equipment and maintenance/repair exclusively for about 18 years. Their technicians are always professional and courteous. Day or night, they respond to any emergencies fast. On a cold winter night, in the woods, in January, it's great to know they are there for me if needed!

Salesman was knowledgeable, on time, and gave me a few different possibilities at different price points. He did a thorough inspection of my existing unit and the area where I will be putting the new unit. We had 6 companies come and give us proposals, I am extremely happy with the decision to go with Holbrook!!
