I have used Holbrook Heating for my home and my rental units and have always been more than pleased with the results. Today was no exception..Our tech was running late but took the time to give us a call and gave us a new time. He was able to let us know what the problem was on our AC unit and fixed it on the spot. He was pleasant and took the time to explain what was wrong. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great job.

The owner, Jeff does know his stuffs about A.C. However, He needs to work on his patience with his customer. He needs to learn slow down and be more communicative.
