Quality Service, Excellent Customer Service. We had a problem with water leaking and they came out within 2 days to look at the issue on the hottest week of the year so far. The technician was polite, caring and efficient. Holbrook is a terrific company and we are very glad we chose them.

This was my first time using Holbrook and having maintenance done on my AC. Dave P. Was on time, efficient, professional and friendly. He explained everything to me and answered any questions that I had. He is a great technician and I would strongly recommend using Holbrook!!

i have used holbrook heating and a/c for four years and have not had a problem . they show up on time and are polite and respectful know there job. will continue to use them

We were very pleased with Gregg from Holbrook Heating, Inc., he did a great job! Moved along quickly and professionally & did the job correctly! The only disappointment was, that when he arrived, he said that he only had about an hour, there was another booking! This is four units that have to be properly serviced, NO WAY it would be done in like an hour, we are a business, and he agreed to stay until he finished!!! This was a scheduling problem, not his problem! We feel he is very professional and good at servicing!
