Phil was great and Holbrook responded in under 2 hours when the capacitor blew on my ac unit. Thanks everyone great service! That's why I have been using them for over 10 years!

Keith F***** and Joe B*** did an exceptional job installing a ********** split AC in our home. It’s clear they are experts in their field and had creative solutions for every issue that arose. They also are a delight to work with. It’s employees like Joe and Keath that always have us calling Holbrook for our families heating and air conditioning needs.

Holbrook has been incredible. We’ve had tremendous issues in dealing with other local providers. 9 trips and my units still weren’t totally fixed. Holbrook replaces my whole AC unit and fixed a persistent issue that was a result of previous company not doing their job properly. The cost was extremely fair and the service was tremendous. Adam and Dakota installing my unit were helpful, professional, and fast. Kyle coming later to fix my wiring issue was equally as efficient, professional and easy to deal with.

We were happy with the professionalism and courteous team that came in to install our unit last week. I gave a good review for the follow up call. Since the install we were supposed to hear from Scott about trunk / duct work if needed. We didn't hear and I called because our house will not drop below 70 and in the afternoon will not drop below 72 and it gets humid. The unit is kicking all day pumping air but the house will not cool down past those numbers. We are worried about our utility bill. When I called we were sent ano... read more

This review is for a consultation for mini ductless system. Tony is very knowledgeable and come prepared. There was an issue whether a ductless system or just installing a coil in our existing HVAC is more economical. He immediately went ahead and asked his colleagues for his opinion while made me listen on their conversation. The techs at Holbrook have always been great. Kevin installed our new air conditioner and it works great. He took time to explain everything about it to us as well as the new thermostat.

Tech Dave P identified self & had company shirt on, he was very knowledgeable of AC system & cleaned and had working better in short time. Only complaint with company is their communication with other tech as I left shortly after Dave finish & returned to find another Holbrook truck in driveway & Tech stated he was here to do AC maintenance. I told him already done.
