I can’t say enough good things about Holbrook, their processes and their people. Their people or very “high touch” and they combine that by using technology that is very very helpful. Texts confirming the arrival of our techs, follow phone calls. They arrived on time and could not have been nicer. I wish I had known about them 20 years ago!

Reed was great. He worked quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with his service. The only apprehension we had was that on the invoice he emailed he listed my name as C O V I D. That seemed odd. He told me he did that but I thought he was joking. Other than that, his work and service were excellent.

Holbrook was very professional in the sales and installation of our new air conditioner. They found some wiring from the old unit that was not up to code and they ran new wiring right back to the breaker box. When they left you would not have know that they were working in the basement all day, the area was spotless. I recommend them very highly.
