Brian was very knowledgeable in servicing my older heating system. He was very courteous and I was very pleased with his service.
I have had Hodgson Heating and Cooling install and maintain my residential equipment for years, as has my church. Two days ago Brian came for my annual equipment check and maintenance at my home. He was very thorough and reviewed what he did with me, as is always the case with Hodgson's people. I highly recommend this company! I was without hot water and also needed to schedule service on my furnace and air conditioner. Brian arrived early, promptly identified himself and proceeded to put on his paper shoes, heading to the basement. He quickly solved my hot water problem then went on to check my furnace and air conditioner Brian was very thorough and took care of business. I highly recommend Brian! I also recommend the "Peace of Mind" service; it is well worth it!!
Top of the line company Starting with the ladies in the office, to the estimate of service needed, finishing off with the installation. Everything was great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

BRIAN ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME THAT I REQUESTED. DID AN EXCELLENT SERVICE. CHECK EVERYTHING AND CLEANED OUR UNIT. INFORMED US THAT OUR A/C WAS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE AND WE SHOULD HAVE NO PROBLEMS FOR AT LEAST 4 OR 5 YEARS. JUST WISH THAT WE COULD CONTINUE THE "PEACE OF MIND PLAN" WITH YOUR COMPANY.

John was excellent technician. He was professional and efficient/effective. He performed the normal maintenance and also checked for any damage/leaks due to age of system. He explained to me why the thermostat behaved the way it does that was logical and finally gave me an answer i thought was accurate and understandable that i had not obtained before. he also explained what the power company savings equipment actually did, i appreciated that greatly. THANKS JOHN !
