My air condition went out on a Saturday Tim come over and found the many issues I needed a new board and fan motor he got my air back on and worked hard to help me I thank him much awesome worker
We have used Hodgson Heating & Cooling for years now. The service people are courteous and Knowledgeable. The last person we had come and help us was Brian. Very nice young man and stayed with us until our problem was solved and he answered all of our concerns. Another great service person at Hodgson's
Hodgkin install crew did a fine job, clean and efficient, inside and out. Would recommend for furnace and air conditioning.
Brian was very professional and nice. He replaced a part on our AC and explained the peace of mind plan to me and I bought it. He gave me some tips to help the AC be more productive and went above and beyond what he needed to do. When I told him to have a good weekend he said he was taking his wife to a concert and anytime spent with her was great no matter what they did! How nice is that? That is the kind of person I like helping me out!
Redemption Lutheran Church had an AC unit that was not working and the congregation was eager to have a new one installed. Hodgson (Nathan S.) came out to give an estimate on the same day that I called requesting one! Matt W & John B installed the AC and did a great job, they were polite and professional. I was so pleased to have the work done so quickly and the congregation will also be happy, as it will be 90 degrees on Sunday. Nathan S and John B remember installing the original AC units many years ago.
First rate service from beginning to end. Well experienced estimator and installers backed by a local company that has been in business for over 80 years. Explained all new equipment and its operation. Left the job site cleaner than when they started.
They did an excellent job installing our new air conditioner. Prompt and efficient. Tidy and clearly explaining the new thermostat. Thanks, guys.
When I called with my problem they answered the phone immediately, the person on the phone was friendly and helpful, she sent Tim out that evening he was friendly and helpful fixed the problem on record time and we were running again.
Excellent service. Work completed in a timely manner. Friendly repairman.
