Matt W and John B did a super job today installing my new Furnace and AC unit. Very professional, friendly and efficient. They worked well together as a team, completing the installation quicker than I had expected. The installation looks great! They also took time to explain any questions that I had and went thru the features of the new high efficiency furnace and AC unit. Super Job! Thanks Matt W and John B!

Hodgson Heat & Calling provided a fast response to my call and dispatched a very knowledgeable technician. Nathan was polite, professional and was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly. He performed the repairs to return the furnace to normal, safe and efficient operation at a reasonable cost.
Tim was here when he said he would be. Took care of the problem in a very timely manner. Very polite and explained what he did. Highly recommend his work.

Exceptional Service
Had a issue with my furnace on NYE... called to discuss situation. Spoke with Tim. We discussed the situation and he determined to come out to the house to diagnose and remedy issue. Came out at 10:45pm and had issue fixed by 11:00. He was polite, professional, and did an exceptional job - he did a great job for me. I would recommend Hodgson, their Peace of Mind Program and more importantly, Tim. I can't thank him and Hodgson enough Above and beyond service.
After having a furnace check in August, Nathan S., everything was great, since I had Grandchildren staying with me I purchased the "Piece of Mind" plan, and just 2 days before Christmas, it wasn't acting right. John R., did a complete check and got everything working, but when he did the CO2 check it jumped to 1500ppm, Nathan S. stopped by to double check the readings, since it previously was reading a 3, in August, it did go down some but I ultimately had to purchase a new furnace after 25yrs. Even though my furnace will need to be replaced, I want to say that Rick went way above and beyond to try to fix it. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He did everything he possibly could to make sure we had heat to make it through to the New Year. I would highly recommend Hodgson Heating & Cooling.
