I was very happy that Brian solved my water problem with the NEW pump to get rid of the water from the furnace. It had been leaking longer than before I found it. I was very happy that he replaced the pump over repairing it. Who knows how old it was. He was very efficient on solving my problem. Thanks Brian.

Called at 1:00PM regarding erratic operation of Amana furnace. We were told to expect a service person to arrive between 2:00 and 5:00PM. Brian was at our door at 2:15, spent some time diagnosing the problem, left to get the repair part, and had everything up and running by about 3:30. We were very pleased with Brian's response and professionalism, and the helpful, friendly demeanor in which he performed his tasks.

Brian was servicing a call in Marshall and we were told he had to finish there and then drive to Battle Creek to deal with our problem; a malfunctioning furnace that produced no heat and the house was getting chilly. We were told he would arrive between 6 and 9. At about 6:15 he was at our door. The problem was described, he jumped right on it and maybe 15 minutes later, he had evaluated the situation, diagnosed the problem and we had wonderful heat coursing thru our house. I had Brian from Hodgson Heating & Cooling come to the house on an after hours service call. The furnace was not working and we had no heat. The repair took longer than expected, but Brian stuck to his guns and got the job done. It was late by the time he was finished, and he had two more service calls to make before his night was done. Brian was professional and friendly even when things were not going right on the repair. I highly recommend Hodgson and Brian for a job well done!
