Brian did a great job of servicing both the furnace and air conditioning. He also had some suggestions to avoid future problems with the furnace. He was on time and kept us updated on what he was doing.

We've used Hodgson for our Furnace and Air Conditioning needs for over 20 years now, and they've always been great. John R. was very friendly and professional and had our new Air Conditioning Unit up and running in a couple of hours, as promised. He arrived right on time, and everything looked great when they finished. I have never had a complaint about this company. Everything they've done for us over the years has been done right, and they are there when you need them.

I experienced my second Heating System failure in four days and was unhappy to be looking at no heat on a Saturday afternoon and the prospect of weekend repair rates. Tim arrived within twenty minutes of my call and quickly diagnosed the problem. After thoroughly explaining the options, he acknowledged that Hodgson's policies provide a thirty day window for repairs. I had rusted out inlet water piping with corroded valves, and 2 separate construction code violations on my gas line which is why I accepted their quote immediately over the phone. But what I failed to realize was just how many gallons of thick rusty sludge can accumulate in the bottom of an 18 year old water heater, and that it will not simply drain out. Brian did a great job repairing our furnace. He was very meticulous in diagnosing the problem. Even after he found what was the problem he checked several other things to make sure that they were alright. He was very courteous and I felt extremely confident with having him as our technician.

Brian called back immediately and arrived at our residence when he said he would. Took care of our problem with our hot water heater right away. Very courteous and professional. Well worth having the "Peace of Mind" program.

We purchased our home 16 years ago here in Battle Creek. The furnace had been installed by Hodgson Heating & Cooling, when the home was built in 1999. We immediately signed up for their Peace of Mind program, for a small yearly fee. Couldn't be happier with everyone we have spoken to over the phone and every service tech who has come to our home, over the years.
