I received a call from Hodgson that a tech was on his way, and Brian showed up right on time. He was friendly, efficient and very thorough. He then followed through on a furnace inspection at our rental property, and I received good reports on Brian's work from there as well. This is one reason why having a Peace Of Mind contract is such a good idea. Great job!
Brian was very quick to respond to the service call today. He was knowledgeable and got the problem solved in a timely manner. He checked over the job and made sure everything was in proper working order and safe. After the last few recorded breaking temps, I am glad there are techs putting in long hours to make sure families are comfortable and safe in their homes.

Great doing business with. We signed up for their Peace of Mind program and have never regreted that decision. Really like they come and check the furnace once a year and repair if necessary. Their service people come on time are friendly and knowledgeable.

Our furnace stopped working and the temperature in the house was 64 degrees and dropping. We have the excellent Peace of Mind program with Hodgson H & C and Brian called back soon after we talked to the Representative. We talked on the phone and Brian arrived shortly after. He made a quick diagnosis of the problem, corrected it and completed a tune-up on the furnace along with replacing the filter. Our heat was back on and we had a warm comfortable evening in our home.
