My service technician Matt R. was great! He has come out before and as always was gracious, punctual, and takes the time to answer your questions. He is a pleasure to have in our home. He is very thorough and always makes you feel important. I can't praise him enough. He is a wonderful representative of your company. Thank you for sending such a great technician. Purchased a new Amana high efficiency furnace and central air conditioner several years ago, and had them come out today to do the annual check up/tune up. The ladies in the office are always very helpful, and the guys from Hodgson's are prompt, friendly, knowlegable, and always leave me feeling like I made the right decision to do businesss with them. Brian has been to my home several times, and is someone that Hodgson's is lucky to have representng them. I highly recommend Hodgson's to anyone who has HVAC needs.

Excellent service. We called as our furnace had been out for 24 hours with no heat. Within 45 minutes Tim was at our Door and working on our furnace. I highly recommend this company. Pleasant phone clerk that took our information and very informative on price of visit. Tim arrived during the time slot that we were expecting him. He was very professional and helpful with our concerns as a new owners of our home and being unfamiliar with the thermostat programming. I appreciated the 24 hour service. Tim came the house on a Sunday. He was friendly and efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly, established that he had the part, went to the shop to get the part and finished his work timely and completely. Tim provided a bit of consultation while he was on-site and helped me to locate some filters I hadn't been able to find in the correct size.
